🌟 Seeking 4-H Volunteers for Area Animal Science Day 2026 in Clark County!
Help us host one of Wisconsin 4-H’s most impactful educational events!
Volunteering for the Executive Board of Area Animal Science Days is a rewarding opportunity to:
- Shape youth learning in animal science
- Support leadership development
- Strengthen programming across counties
- Build lasting connections in the 4-H community
🧭 Executive Board Role: Steering Committee
- Description: Oversees event coordination, logistics, scheduling, and communication with host sites and state specialists.
- Time Commitment: 10–15 hours over 6–7 months (includes meetings and prep work)
🧑🤝🧑 Volunteer Committees & Roles
We are looking for 1–2 volunteers per committee:
- 🥪 Lunch/Food Committee – Plan and manage concessions
- 🐄 Dairy Committee – Support dairy judging and activities
- 🐖 Livestock Committee – Assist with livestock judging and logistics
- 🐎 Horse Committee – Help coordinate horse-related activities
- 📸 Photography/Poster Committee – Capture event highlights and organize poster displays
📅 Volunteer Timeline

| November | Choose event date, activities, and concession scope |
| January | Zoom with State Specialists for animal selection & Q&A |
| Feb/March | Create registration info & recruit food stand volunteers |
| April/May | State Specialists visit for animal selection |
| 4 Weeks Out | Review registration details and finalize logistics |
