MASTER GARDENER PROGRAM
Master Gardeners answer local garden and lawn questions, but if you would like to ask a UW Extension Specialist, the following link will allow you to “Ask Your Gardening Question” https://hort.extension.wisc.edu/ask-a-gardening-question/
In the spring of 1997, Clark County Extension coordinated the first ever Master Gardener training sessions in Clark County. The Master Gardeners have also organized a local association which is open to the general public. They call themselves Over the Garden Gate and they meet on a monthly basis to talk gardening. If you wish to become involved with the gardening club, call the Extension Office at anytime. You do not have to be a Master Gardener to join the organization. To help serve the people of the county, the Master Gardeners have an educational booth at the county fair, they plant and maintain several garden beds in the Neillsville area, including the Courthouse, Library, Jail Museum and Fairgrounds. and they are always busy planning more educational opportunities.
If you have any questions concerning your garden, contact the Clark County Extension Office at 715-743-5121.
