“Cooking Up a Dairy Good Time in Clark County”
The Clark County Dairy Promotion Committee is sponsoring the Saw Cow Contest for all youth groups in Clark County. Use your creativity to convert a sawhorse into a saw cow.
To make your saw cow look like a dairy cow it will need to have:
- Head
- Body
- Udder
- Tail
- Must stand on four (4) legs
All saw cows (one per youth group) must pre-register and arrive at the fairgrounds Fine Arts Building by 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 9th. Once the “cows” are judged, they will be placed around the Junior Fairgrounds for the public to enjoy. Saw cows will be released on Sunday at 4:00 P.M. Saw cows must be waterproof, as they will be displayed outside.
Each group will receive $35 for entering. The runner-up will receive $50 and the Best Cow will receive $75.
